Assembling a team to create a Pokemon region for an adventure mode Pixelmon server

Looking for:
Builders, terraformers, plugin developers, and story/quest writers

Expectations:
To become part of my team I'll want to see a strong portfolio or evidence of experience. Furthermore, you should be capable of working as part of a team on a long-term project. For example, if you are a builder, you'll need to communicate with the terraformers so that the landscape they create is ideal for your building process. I expect the time frame for this project to be quite long. I really want to emphasize that I want you to join me in a partnership. I am not asking you to do one job for me then never speak to me again. This is not that kind of project.

Budget:
In total, I am willing to spend $5,000 - $10,000 USD. Of course, I will only spend this much if the quality matches the price.

Some details about the project:
Either 16 or 24 gyms, undecided on the exact number. I will be employing a concept found in the HeartGold and SoulSilver games, where the game map was essentially two regions pasted together. The reason for the numbers 16 or 24 is that I'm still deciding whether I want my map to be two regions, or three regions, pasted together. Each region will have 8 gyms. Of course, each gym will come with a town or city. On top of that there will be much more to build. There will probably be some cities or towns without any gyms. There might be mountains with dim lighting and hard to navigate tunnels that lead to boss fights, haunted towers where players can meet ghost Pokemon, etc. Aside from that, I want my region to have a complementary storyline. I want the routes between locations to be exquisite, things like fancy bridges that cross through mountains. I want a lot of things to be scattered around the map in general. For example, if a player were to wander off route, I want there to be a good chance they stumble onto something interesting, maybe an abandoned village, or a house with a mysterious woman living inside, who knows.
