Avast seemed like it would be a good company, but I had to wait over an hour and was never put in contact with a graphic designer even though a sales rep contacted me immediately as I joined. Unsure how well their service goes as I haven't experienced it. But be careful as it seems to take a long time to get in contact with anyone.​

As stated in your ticket, it's not something we at Avast can help. Our Sales Representatives will contact you as soon as they can, that is their job. It's up to our Designers to accept commissions, and if our Designers don't accept (ie. Away, busy, or already have a pending commission), that is something we can't help.

Trust me, I'd love if every commission we received could be accepted in a minute, but freelancers are limited, so sorry for the inconveniences. For urgent commissions, it is better to find someone dedicated to Graphic Design, because then you can guarantee the response time you are looking for.

Noted, again just warning potential buyers that they may be in for a wait, as stated in my reply it's not meant to dis the service as I myself have not used them. If you would like I will edit it and say that I do understand that it's not your fault that I was just warning everyone. Because I was unaware it would take such time, I'm on a tight schedule for release and a little stressed so I apologise.

I understand, but I wanted to make my reply clear on the reasoning for other potential buyers. I know you know why, but had to reiterate for future purposes. The edit isn't necessary. Sorry for the confusion .

Hi I have a question about the payment of avast. How can I trust on that? Like they pay the 50% of the logo and I'm making it but when I'm going to receive the money? Like how can I trust on yours to pay me the money? And I'm going to receive 80$ total or less?

To be honest I don't know why I'm a employee of avast. I ask you for groups but not to be part of it
Obviously I'm going to do the logo, buy I just want to know when I going to receive the money and if I'm going to have the 80$ full
I think I'm little new on theses things of a group

Just a conversation between you and I, to prove you did indeed work at Avast, so other users reading this don't think I'm trying to steal art work.

You are not stealing art, but I hope you will remove my logo from your thread. And in fact I never made any design for your team, that design at the end never made it and I remember that the commission was done by someone else (Gabby If I remember). Due to a misunderstanding, I review our old conversations, never make a commission for you, I just want to make that clear. Thank you for remove my design
