Ban the selling of iHCF and Para forks

First off, this may sound hypocritical for me to suggest this but it's definitely for the best of the community. Don't express your personal feelings towards me on this thread, because it isn't relevant to the suggestion.

I feel like this suggestion would definitely help clean up the plugins section and rebuild the developers community within mc-market.

Essentially, iHCF and Para hcf cores should be banned from being sold on the market. They cause constant arguments and have really turned the community to crap as nobody really has rights to sell it.

I'm not saying it should be a bannable offence to sell it, but the threads selling the cores should be trashed and the op being warned.

This idea can definitely be developed on so please let me know your ideas or feedback to find a solution.

Technically mcm has no official reason to stop SCAR and scar only selling this core.
Say Scar agreed that he wanted the selling of iHCF including forks to be banned, maybe there could be a rule against it.

Mc-market should have the right to warn any user (not including Scar) selling a para or iHCF fork since they all have jack shit "permission"

iHCF = Scar bought permission off DoctorDank and gave permission to Authorizing to resell and give away rights.

TheCore: Eric gave permission to subbotted who gave permissions to sssssssssssssss (I think)

sCore: Using the rights he inherited from work on TheCore, subbotted made his own iHCF fork and sold source to 3 users (WhatsDTR, HCF and FStuck (I think). HCF then went on to try and resell?

sCore part 2: after selling source 3 times subbotted passed on the project and rights to resell.

sCore part 3: sCore/subbotted are responsible for a lot of the iHCF forks out there. He sold/gave away atleast 4 copies of his iHCF forks code , most of those users will then go on and make their own fork of a fork and try sell it.

Nope. Also subbotted had permission to sell TheCore, none of his dodgy sCore crap.

When subbotted made his selling post for sCore, he claimed he had permission to sell iHCF forks from his work on TheCore giving me the impression that TheCore was iHCF.

Half of the HCF core sellers on this site are probably just leaks with recoded shit. Everyone's just copying off everyone else. Nothing on this site is original, not that I've seen.

Not going to lie, I leak shit all the time. It may not be cores or plugins, but little shit, yes I do. I could give a rats ass about any permissions/legal shit because at the end of the day, what's physically stopping me from doing it? Nothing.

No one actually does it because its just a huge waste of money on a legal case, attorneys ect.
But this can DEFINITELY happen if someone wants to bring legal action. (Just that this is $40-$60) so it doesnt really matter.
