*You agree to these terms once you give me the down payment.
1. No refunds/chargebacks.
2. You cannot ask often when im going to finish.
3. You must pay 50% down payment before i start.
4. You have no permission to resell or take credit for my art.
5. I have the right to refuse my service to anyone.
6. Once i started, you cannot back out
7. No asking for final changes once final copy has been sent.

Hey there, I got a suggestion. Your banner and icon prices are fairly high for the quality of the work. I’m not trashing but I think it would help you get more customers if you drop the prices until you get more experience.

I have 1.5 years of experience and I know very well my prices are very good. Lowering them will make me loss money. I've seen people selling banners for $5 and they were using novaskins backgrounds and rigs from google. My banners are really cheap compared to the market.
