2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?
I believe I can contribute to this server because I have a variety of experience at about every level! I have been every position from Owner of a network to helper of a small time server! People, and kids love me! I am a funny guy in chat, but do take my staff positions seriously.
3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?
I can bring maturity, and experience to the table! Not building though, am awful at building
4. Do you have past experience as a Helper/Moderator on any other Server?
I'd say on over 75+ servers, just came back to the minecraft community last week, and since then I already hold 1 new head-admin position on a server.
5. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?
I would quickly contact a staff member via skype or text, and kind of stall the situation and do as much as I could until a person of authority could get there.
6. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?
This week I can be on practically all day, and have not yet visited the forums. Only thing holding me back from being on all the time, is school, and divorced parents (So basically I switch homes throughout the week, and cannot bring my gaming computer with). When I am gone, I will warn staff that "Hey, I have to go to my fathers for the weekend. Will not be able to be physically on the server, but will still connect to the chat via MineChat."
7. How many hours a day are you or can you be on BattleMade for?
I'll be on 2-3+ often

I also owned a server until is got hacked. I had no money to keep it running anymore.

I am gonna be straight up honest, I haven't played BattleMade just yet, but I plan on logging on for a few hours in a bit due to me not being home right now. I took interest in this server as I do see quite some potential of the creation of BattleMade and feel like I can be a big help to the server.

Update: I have joined the server (Sorry for late join something came up yesterday) and overall I like it so far! Nice community and active players.
2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?
I believe that I can contribute to the server as I am a dedicated and helpful person. I am always up to helping players when they need it, I give ideas/tips on how to improve the server to provide more of a fun experience for the players/staff, and I am always active, so if a player/staff ever needs help or is wondering about something such as the regulations/guidelines I am 99% of the time gonna respond immediately.

Although this information isn't needed nor is it part of the questions I will add it anyways:
What are your strengths/weaknesses?

Strengths: As I said, I dedicate my work and value my time to the server to make sure I am always there to help the server and its players, I config plugins meaning that if you don't have time or need to do something else, but you need a plugin config done, then I am willing to do it for you, and I have over 4 years of previous Server Owning & Moderation experience.

Weaknesses: Yes, all strengths come with weaknesses, so I shall name them as they may be useful for if I do get hired: I do not work well with pessimist people as I do not like their view of things going bad either purposely or for the sole purpose of their entertainment, although I typically work well with almost any type of people I do not work well with the ones that either purposely troll, cause arguments, falsify information, and or try to convince/trick the staff team to giving them things that they shouldn't have.

3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?
This is honestly the tricky part in my opinion as I honestly cannot be compared to others as everyone is different and work in ways that others may not like, but the reason I think you should pick me is that you don't typically always find people actually willing to dedicate their time and effort into watching a server and its players. Typically you'll find people who just want power to be above others in ways that can cause problem which I honestly am against. I in a way cut my power "In half" meaning that I will only use any sort of administrator commands when needed, but other than that I will act like any other staff member as I don't want any lower staff ranks to feel like they're under-powered, or feel as if they're nothing compared to higher ranks. One last reason I personally think I should be chosen is that even though I may be younger than the required age (16), I am mature and have people who are willing to vouch for me (If you would like proof feel free to ask). I don't take administration work lightly and I am always working around the clock to make sure everything is in its optimal performance.

I do actually! I was the Staff Coordinator & Administrator of ViperHCF which peaked at 50+ players daily. I also administrated another server called "DrakonCraft" as both a Developer & Owner along side 2 other people, although the server was tiny (Usually hit 5-30 players daily) it was an overall fun experience working there. Unless you also wanna count small servers that didn't really succeed and close, then I have worked with a bit to much of those servers ranging from ranks starting from Trainee/Helper-Head-Admin.

5. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?
My first attempt is before trying to contact a higher rank to handle the situation I would try to find a way to solve the problem myself instead of needing to bug any higher ranks as they may be doing something important and I do not want to bother them, but if in the situation of where it's impossible to resolve and I need a higher ranking staff member to get on then I would proceed to go to the staff chat (If there is one) and post the issue there or privately message the member to come on and solve it. Depending on the severity I may multi-message the staff member if he is needed ASAP to get on.

6. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?
As I said above, as I am not currently home just yet I haven't got on. Once I join the server I plan on posting quite a bit on the forums and being active on the server most of the time unless an event in real life is happening.

On the weekdays I am available for about 4-6 hours a day. (after 4:30pm CST due to school) while on the weekends I am typically available to be on all day due to not having anything to do unless something comes up. Only just joined because of this thread.

2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?

With my experiences before I can offer a lot of dedication and hard work to your server and community. I have run into problems many times and I know how to fix them when it comes to fixing them.

I use to own my own company on the spigot forums where I sold many servers to people that had what they wanted to be configured in it, so I am very good at configuring many files (If you would like to see the feedback from these people, please find and add my skype located below).

I am very familiarised with enjin and XenForo and what they can offer, every time a new update comes out for either of these companies. I check the update logs of where I can come into the update and what I can provide with the update.

I am able to offer my new banning policy to servers and community. This policy will provide fair advantages to new and existing players. My policies always work and they have never stopped players from joining the servers.

I will find players that live on the other side of the world to be staff so that the server is up and running with staff 24/7. This will help protect your server while the main staff are offline and are not able to protect your server.

3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?

This is also a difficult question since I don't have much information about the other applicants. However, I think my experience and dedication to IT support and IT in general, would separate me from many of the applicants. My age will also separate me from many of the applicants. I see this as a very positive point since a great community also needs some older players with just a bit more experience.
As I like to dedicate myself completely to a project, I will not have time for other servers. I was frequently asked to help other communities while I was in the community mentioned before, however I had to decline since I felt this would lessen my ability and connection to my community at the time.

My hobby is working with all sorts of IT, and I really enjoy helping people with IT. Therefore, I would be able to frequently help with the server. I am also very capable of bringing forth a just judgement if the situation should occur.
I'm a very kind and understanding guy, and I love to have fun and joke around, as long as it is not at anyone else’s expense. I like hanging out and creating a better bond between members.

I have experienced many servers in the past. Two that I am most proud of because of my work are called Herocrafters and Eclipse Prison.

Herocrafters: I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It was shutting down.

Eclipse Prison: I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it was shut down by the host.

5. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?

I'd first see if I can sort out the situation but if I can't I'd then ask a higher staff member to sort out the situation as I wouldn't be able to.

Wednesday = Not Online
Thursday - Friday = 4pm - 6pm

I will find players that live on the other side of the world to be staff so that the server is up and running with staff 24/7. This will help protect your server while the main staff are offline and are not able to protect your server.

3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?

This is also a difficult question since I don't have much information about the other applicants. However, I think my experience and dedication to IT support and IT in general, would separate me from many of the applicants. My age will also separate me from many of the applicants. I see this as a very positive point since a great community also needs some older players with just a bit more experience.
As I like to dedicate myself completely to a project, I will not have time for other servers. I was frequently asked to help other communities while I was in the community mentioned before, however I had to decline since I felt this would lessen my ability and connection to my community at the time.

My hobby is working with all sorts of IT, and I really enjoy helping people with IT. Therefore, I would be able to frequently help with the server. I am also very capable of bringing forth a just judgement if the situation should occur.
I'm a very kind and understanding guy, and I love to have fun and joke around, as long as it is not at anyone else’s expense. I like hanging out and creating a better bond between members.

4. Do you have past experience as a Helper/Moderator on any other Server?

I have experienced many servers in the past. Two that I am most proud of because of my work are called Herocrafters and Eclipse Prison.

Herocrafters: I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It was shutting down.

Eclipse Prison: I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it was shut down by the host.

5. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?

I'd first see if I can sort out the situation but if I can't I'd then ask a higher staff member to sort out the situation as I wouldn't be able to.

6. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?

I plan to use the following:

Monday - Tuesday = 4pm - 6pm
Wednesday = Not Online
Thursday - Friday = 4pm - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday = 1pm - 9pm

I am always on servers forums to keep the community happy and fun.

1. How long have you been playing on BattleMade?
After, seeing this post I have been lurking throughout the server, talking to some funny kids, and going to all the warps!
2. Why do you believe that you can contribute to the server?
I believe I can contribute to this server because I have a variety of experience at about every level! I have been every position from Owner of a network to helper of a small time server! People, and kids love me! I am a funny guy in chat, but do take my staff positions seriously.
3. Why should we choose you for this position rather then others?
I can bring maturity, and experience to the table! Not building though, am awful at building
4. Do you have past experience as a Helper/Moderator on any other Server?
I'd say on over 75+ servers, just came back to the minecraft community last week, and since then I already hold 1 new head-admin position on a server.
5. If you were In a situation that you are not suited to handle, What would you do?
I would quickly contact a staff member via skype or text, and kind of stall the situation and do as much as I could until a person of authority could get there.
6. When do you usually play BattleMade & do you excessively go on the forums?
This week I can be on practically all day, and have not yet visited the forums. Only thing holding me back from being on all the time, is school, and divorced parents (So basically I switch homes throughout the week, and cannot bring my gaming computer with). When I am gone, I will warn staff that "Hey, I have to go to my fathers for the weekend. Will not be able to be physically on the server, but will still connect to the chat via MineChat."

I'll be on 2-3+ often

GankSquad is currently crushing the faction leader boards, Whoever made this server loves the colors red & black, and there are currently 6 voting links.
