I'd personally like to put myself forward to be in this poll. I am specialised in the K family of languages: K-appa (Mobile Applications), K - eepo (Statistics based language), K-appPride (This is an API for K-appa) and I know K-Kona (Web Application Language).

Thank you in advance.

This poll is missing something - I just can't quite work out what is missing... Duh, obviously me. Kappa

In all seriousness, you are either going to have to add all "popular freelancers here" or add all "developers for the largest networks out there". I am barely on MC-Market, but I should still be in that poll Kappa

This poll is so inaccurate. You can't judge 1amDev against Blasthappy, they work in two different fields, with two different levels of difficulty. Comparing them would be impossible to do to an accurate level.

Welcome to the world where everyone is judgmental; you just have to deal with it.

You obviously didn't understand a word I said, and just tried to make a valid point. You failed. Horribly. You are comparing HTML/CSS developers with Java developers with PHP,Ruby etc

You cannot judge people's ability to code in different languages, however you can judge between the same language. I suggest you learn how to read and understand English, if you can't do that, I'd hate to see your coding.

Stop trying to make points; you failed horribly.

Maybe do a poll per each programing language?

^^ this is what I'm talking about.

I'm not surprised that 1amdev has a lot (currently the most) votes. But its difficult to know who is the best, or even good without being able to compare anything/much. And even then, programming isn't linear.

You should also add me to that list :)

This impossible to poll in a way that makes sense. Customers of only 1amDev will vote 1amDev since they've only got experience with 1amDev. They can't tell the quality of another developer unless they also go with them - and most people stick with one developer.

Just because you are a "legal writer" doesn't mean you have to jump to conclusions on what I am saying - The world is judgmental regardless. Everyone has their own opinion, but you've derailed - As you would say, "you have derailed, HORRIBLY". Sorry, that was uncalled for, but I couldn't help it.

Also, as you are a 'legal writer' I have to say your grammar isn't up to the standards of a legal writer - What is your age? Are you still developing as a 'legal writer'?

Now, before you say "Well, your grammar isn't amazing" etc. You have to understand that I am not stating that I am a professional writer, unlike yourself.

Regardless, back onto topic: I completely agree with your point; you cannot compare programming languages. You can only compare one programming language with itself.

You've also attempted to offend me in regards to my programmatic skills. Well, you've made a HORRIBLE mistake (couldn't help using it again Kappa). My code is way above average here. There's about 20 competent developer's on this forum, and the rest are beginners or non-competent programmers.
