Are you just doing videos or also pictures?

I have a Nikon D3400 great camera I have like 4 other lens for it but haven't had any issues with it for both videos and pictures. Battery life is a little low for massive amounts of video but if you really needed changing battery's is super easy.

They both would make great vlogging cameras in your budget. However, the 720 has a bit longer zoom.
Price Range?

I only have 250$ or around that range?[DOUBLEPOST=1483490034][/DOUBLEPOST]
I've never used that one personally, so I can't tell. I don't think you can go wrong with either one of the ones I mentioned. I gave you plenty of real footage that was shot with the two cameras.
ok.

ok.
If you can add ~50 to your budget you can get this one:

Again I've never used it but it has 1080P video so maybe it would be worth a shot.

If you don't have the $$$ to go full frame, then don't bother with DSLR. Just use your phone lol, or get a GoPro, or even a DJI Osmo is decent... The substance of your content and quality of audio are actually more important then video. People will tolerate grain or visual artifacts, but the second audio sounds like crap, they are likely to click off... and if your video isn't interesting to begin with, then you're just wasting your time.
