Frauders: Zambie DrPig http://dynode.pro

I own the ABN 83538430391, and as you can see, on their website, http://dynode.pro, the have claimed to be a distribution of the ABN in question. I have not given them any written permission to do this. Their discord invite is https://discordapp.com/invite/pHTuKsJ.

I have been in calls with my lawyer, and I can send a cease and desist towards them. But, I would not like to put them to this stress.

I would like them to either remove it from their website, or be banned from this service, as they are committing fraud.

I will be providing documentation for my ABN towards the administrators if wanted, You can visit the Australian business website, which is linked below, which shows that it is registered under my name, Tristan Robert Eric Garratt.

At the time of writing I have not had any response from either of their CEOS or their managers.

I will provide further documentation that contains my address to the admins.

Our "company" is not public and we have not been working on it for a couple months. As to the website, we did not make it and we do not even have access to the files.

What?... That literally addresses nothing in this thread.

Edit: It's still live on your website and so, you're responsible for it (as mentioned below). How do you not have access to take it down (and why is it there in the first place)?

DynodeHosting is not a company. Never got to that point. Nothing has been released and nothing probably will be because Zambie starting ignoring me. We sort of both gave up on the idea.

Just because its accessible to everyone doesn't mean its done or anything. It doesn't even mean its our website. Like I mentioned previously we do not have access to anything on that website. So in all technicality, we do not own that website. We never paid anything for it. It is not in our hands.

Then how come it carries your name, In legal sense, From what my legal friend says and what I know, If it carries your "companies" name, and can be traced to you, It is yours. If you didnt pay for it, How come it says made by Diced's. Diced, what do you have to say, Did they steal this website off you?

It's active on your domain, representing your brand. How do you not have access to it? Even just redirect the domain so that the page is no longer accessible.

We didn’t put it there. Whoever made the website did. We got a deal from an outside source who said they would do it. They partially did it and it never got transferred to our ownership.

Even if Dynode gets shut down, it won't be the end of the world. It probably won't get anywhere anyway. Progress hasn't been made for months. And if I could take it down, I would.I don't even know what an ABN is.

Australian business number. It was degrading my company, But it seems my DMCA was accepted. For now, I still want to talk to Zambie.
