Beware: Dynodenode: Frauders

Frauders: Zambie DrPig http://dynode.pro

I own the ABN 83538430391, and as you can see, on their website, http://dynode.pro, the have claimed to be a distribution of the ABN in question. I have not given them any written permission to do this. Their discord invite is https://discordapp.com/invite/pHTuKsJ.

I have been in calls with my lawyer, and I can send a cease and desist towards them. But, I would not like to put them to this stress.

I would like them to either remove it from their website, or be banned from this service, as they are committing fraud.

I will be providing documentation for my ABN towards the administrators if wanted, You can visit the Australian business website, which is linked below, which shows that it is registered under my name, Tristan Robert Eric Garratt.

At the time of writing I have not had any response from either of their CEOS or their managers.

I will provide further documentation that contains my address to the admins.

Then how come it carries your name, In legal sense, From what my legal friend says and what I know, If it carries your "companies" name, and can be traced to you, It is yours. If you didnt pay for it, How come it says made by Diced's. Diced, what do you have to say, Did they steal this website off you?

Correct. Also, the proof that says "Made by Diced", Diced never did anything for dynode.

I never made anything for Dynode, I remember making that website, but I dont remember for who. I usually put "Made for (Company Name)" in the CSS File at the top for issues like this, but i didnt get the chance to look at that.

I worked for Dynode for ~2 weeks, and let them use an old website that I paid Diced for, and went unused.
I have no idea how your business number got to the bottom of their website. I have no affiliation with
Dynode, and I don't plan to have any. It is Zambie and DrPig's business. I took the original website down in
respect for the both of you, you'd need to contact one of the owners to figure out what's going on.

Focus did buy the website from me and has rights the files he got from me, as stated in my TOS https://www.diced.design/terms
