I have staffed on many servers ranging from Skycade to trump-craft to even Majesty(SMP). I wouldn't hire from just that paragraph, nor recommend for any position. Why do you new people, who only come here, claim to be professional and experienced, yet try so little? I find it immensely impossible that servers like SkyCade would hire at this quality.

If you want to be in the management field, community, staff, marketing, then you need to prove you're more worth than the others.
Make a resume, express more about you, detail your experience, provide evidence. All these could give you a boost, and I say it to everyone who comes here just for some position without trying. Good luck, and definitely improve.

I agree with Panda, you didn't provide any proof of your staff experience and this is too unprofessional for someone that has "staffed" on Skycade. You didn't even prove your management skills. Anyways, have fun and take care.
