Biome Protection

Im opening a new server and could really need your expertise! This plugin is highly need for my server, but havent gotten any answer from others regarding the creation of this plugin. Under, you will find information about the plugin an how I see the plugin working. Just comment or ask question regarding the plugin should you wonder about something.

Minecraft version: 1.18
Suggested name: BiomeProtection | BiomeClaim | Biome Kingdoms

What I want:
Basically, I opening a server, and The land has plenty of its own biomes. I am looking for a plugin that lets players type "/bclaim" and claim the biome they're standing in for a configurable cost (or no cost if you don't want to add economy support, up to you). Then, only people they can add can edit the biome.
If it could be possible, can it be compatible with Dynmap. So people can see the claimed biomes marked? Of course not importen. Would just be fun.

Ideas for commands: /bclaim <Add | Claim | Info | Remove | Give> [Player]

• Add: Add someone to the biome you're standing in (if you own it)
• Claim: Claim the biome you're standing in (If it is unclaimed)
• Info: Get the information on the biome you're standing in (Who owns it, who is added, biome type, borders)
• Remove: Remove someone from the biome you're in.
• Give: Give all your rights of the biome to the other player.

Ideas for config:
Request concerning the protection restrictions. Could there be an option to only allow usage of buttons, doors, opening chest and so on, but not allowing for breaking or placing?
Also if there could be added a visible border for your biome and others.
Option to manage how many claims a player gets, as well as the option to turn off/on cost for claim and how much.

Ideas for permissions:

• bclaim.claim: Claim biomes
• bclaim.add: Add people to your biomes
• bclaim.remove: Remove people from your biomes
• bclaim.info: Get biome info
• bclaim.admin: Bypass biome claims (Default: OP)
