Blacklist Plugin

Hello, I am looking for a Blacklist plugin with MySQL support, I need it where it blacklists the IP as well & able to configure the chat messages
​

Commands:
- /blacklist <player> <reason>
- /unblacklist <player>

Permissions:
- blacklist.blacklist
- blacklist.unblacklist

Since this is a very small plugin I am wiling to pay $5

Um... Isn't this just /ipban (playerip) (reason)? If that's what your thinking then wouldn't it be better to get a plugin that specialises in bans for free or paid?

Could you explain what the difference is then if you don't mind? As far as I can see it would be the same thing, functionality wise that is.

functionality wise it is an IPBan but it does not have any relation with litebans. People use litebans's IPBan for their "Blacklists" which isn't efficient at all

I'm sorry if I'm rude but how is it not efficient? It's literally the same thing except one says IP-banned and the other says Blacklisted.
