Blargle Server is requesting for a Developer!

Hello! My name is SirMrSheep and I am the Co-Owner of the Blargle Server.

The Owner and I, Tolken, are making an RPG Races and Classes Server and we are looking for Developers to allow to help us create things for the server, but be part of the journey with us. We ask for volunteers only as of now although we do pay for work being done at times. We already have a Developer who will work on the Big Projects for the server, but we need another developer to work aside the one we currently have and be part of our staff team. We are looking for someone who isn't just business but someone who is interested in our dream. We really want a Developer to join our Staff Team, but if you are not like that (Like the developer we have now) we will still be available to work with you. Our payment deals usually go for 10$ per 2 hours you work on a plugin, but we can bargain for a reasonable price if needed. Our current Developer is not part of our team so we are sending this forum as a means to ask someone who would like to work with us in this journey.

Here are stuff we have come up with already for what we want from a developer if the developer wishes not to join the team. Our Developer can make a plugin such as this one already but as stated before, we need someone who could tell us what works and what doesn't. Someone with experience and knowledge about this so we can have an awesome journey.
Here's the stuff:
Races (With different attributes)
The Curious Humans
The Magical Elves
The Strongmen Orcs
The Greedy Goblins
The Nomadic Vulpines
The Armored Dwarfs
The Fiery Draconians

5 Different Classes all with the same spells for each Race, except for an Ultimate.
Warrior
Mage
Healer
Archer
Rouge
An Example of an Ultimate:
Human Mage Ultimate:
Meteor Strike: Calls upon a meteor strike causing tons of damage.


So far this is what our current developer will be creating for us, a SkillApi system with these kinds of Spells and Class and Races for now. We still haven't actually made the Plugin because we would like to have a Developer who could see our work and judge it. Not someone who is business and just does as we say. We know our developer can handle a project like this, but we want someone who can code and tell us if what want works good on servers or it doesn't. A developer guide per-say, but if you just want to do as we tell you instead of helping us, that'd be okay too

This just seems like you're requesting someone to look over your developer's work since you're not trusting in them?

Also, you're contradicting yourself in regards to payment. You might want to make this clear as you first start by saying you're looking for volunteers, but then go onto mentioning payments.

I would happily look over anything you want me to, but I doubt you'll find any volunteer developers on here.
