BlazedPvP is on the search for the administrative team of our dreams, we have a very specific list of credentials that our dream admins must meet and those will be clearly defined below. Blazed is a competitive faction server that is nothing but spectacular, we have put hundreds into the cosmetics of the server and 10x that has been put into development Blazed is definitely something amazing. Blazed has strong youtube connections and we plan to use these to shoot us to the top, but we need a great administrative team before we can ever think about that. The admins we choose will be the face of the Blazed community they will be the players best friends and must be able to maintain our great image! We are not looking for just anyone so be ready when you apply to give us your best.

Must Haves:
- Vast Faction Knowledge.
- Advanced administration skills centered around factions specifically.
- Creative, easygoing, and dedicated to producing a lovely community.
- Lots of available free time, and emphasis on free.
- 13 years of age, age is not a major factor but because we plan to pay our administrative team you must be of age.
- A special ability like configuration, graphic design, or anything along the lines. -Good writing ability and English must be fluent

*Payment will be monthly and will be based on our playerbase. The team will have incentives and everything for growing the server. Nothing is set in store at this time.​

Not everything is about the money you know... Do it because you have a passion for the gamemode, etc.... Do not expect to be "paid", do it for fun, and perhaps over time you will earn some money etc....

Some people don't like putting in hours and work into someone else's monetary benefit for nothing in return. Just saying, you get what you pay for and if you aren't willing to pay the people running your server (business) then chances are you won't find the best people to do so.

While you are not wrong, I do have an objection to that, as someone who really enjoys the game, and loves the benefit of talking to the community, as well as having that sort of interaction is enough pay in itself (As long as you are not a dick to people, and are well liked)... But, for me, I do not require payment unless I am "Manager", or higher as it has more than just Server Side responsibilities. Nonetheless, it is up to Diz, as to what is done. I just feel that money is NOT what should be someones only drive to wanna be an Admin.
