Description: A plugin that regenerates broken blocks into other configurable blocks in random order. The plugin should work with worldguard to only allow block regeneration within a specific region that has a flag called "blockregen" along with worlds, this should be configurable in the config.
Features:
Regenerate broken blocks within a certain amount of time.
Depends on worldguard to allow block regeneration within that region via command or in the config OR you could also create a "blockregen" flag so whatever region with that flag automatically regenerates broken blocks.
Configurable messages. Should be able to enable or disable messages.
Allow blocks to reset in a random order.
Allow blocks to regenerate after a certain amount of time, this is meaning each block individually set.

Should be compatible with 1.8-1.14
