I'd probably say something rude, so just going to pass but I'll tell you in PM if you wish. But I'll say that minecraft wasn't suppose to be made as a money making machine. It was built to be fun and engaging. I know but pay2win is not fair. I have many people that support the eula and I doubt mojang is going to remove it when they already have the code inputted. They didn't hire a team just to waste that money!

I really hate that mojang think that they could control a server's gamemode.

You see I personally don't like Pay2Win Servers, so I simply avoid them. Why can't mojang do that as well? Is it that Mojang wants them to run out of business????

Mojang has had too many complaints of chargebacks that was directed to Mojang not the server. Even though it's the servers problem to refund them. They directed to Mojang because they are the game creators. And with Mojang trying to sort it out and explain it. There has been many problems and it's been very messy to deal with. That's why Eula came into place

Nearly every server declines chargebacks because along with it, comes a fee. It's up to the buyer to decide whenever or not they want to buy something on the server, it's their responsibility, not mojangs.

Correct. But Eula was to stop people from buying minecraft perks. Even though it's the servers owner responsibility. It's technically on mojangs side too because they are the game creators and we all have T.O.S for many reasons. This one is mojangs. This stops them from any kind of lawsuits (When I don't think there will ever be one over a block game. Like come on now xD)[DOUBLEPOST=1462092644][/DOUBLEPOST]
This is only for 1.9.3 every other server below. Will still be able to connect.

The whole point of a minecraft server is for business. If mojang really didn't want us to make money, they would of provided us free servers and an upgrade if they really wanted. But either way besides that, they could always make a paypal.me if they really want donations so it's easily avoided in one way or the other.

Who even uses 1.9... its shit
