Available Positions:
1. Community Moderator
Minimum Age: 16
Role: Engage with players, provide support, enforce rules, and assist with community events.
Responsibilities: Monitor servers, address player concerns, ensure rule compliance, collect feedback, and help organize events.
2. Administrator
Minimum Age: 18
Role: Oversee server operations, manage staff, resolve complex issues, and enforce rules.
Responsibilities: Manage server settings, lead the team, handle disputes, develop community strategies, and ensure security.
3. Manager
Minimum Age: 21
Role: Lead strategic operations, manage staff, and enhance community engagement.
Responsibilities: Plan and execute strategies, oversee daily operations, lead staff, handle crises, and manage resources.
4. Lead Developer
Minimum Age: 21
Role: Guide the development team, manage projects, and ensure server stability.
Responsibilities: Lead feature development, manage projects, maintain code quality, and integrate new technologies.
5. Developer
Minimum Age: 18
Role: Develop and maintain server code, implement features, and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities: Write and test code, implement features, fix bugs, and document processes.
