Bring back banned users tab

NO HES GONE. MY BAE. Idk why he was banned, I talked to mick and he said DDos threats. But other people only got a temp ban for it. Also his Ban Reason was: "Community Harassment"

If you get banned on McM it shouldn't be the staffs job to avoid your "humiliation" it is foolish to not bring back the list and kinda a bad decision imo but I doubt mick will even consider this or any other improvement to this site
