My budget is around $10k
Servers must have atleast a 20-30 always online active playerbase.
Server must have atleast $250 in monthly revenue (current month and last month)

Maybe the guy that was selling PlayPika Network...
If you have that much money why don't you invest in bitcoin mining? Get a decent mining setup and get your money back!

Don't really see the point in buying a rank just to buy some servers.

The main thing that makes ME suspicious is the enormous disparity between the available budget and the minimum requirement of monthly income (8 years to return investment), but that too can be explained by it simply being the MAX budget, not what you're looking to spend.
