Builder/Build Team needed [$1-$25 BUDGET]

Main needed thing is a spawn for our creative server. The plot size is 512x512, but obviously the size can be smaller. Also if theres any leftover money I need some paintball arena maps.
Not big though. Small. I know there will be many comments saying you can't get a deal for $25, but I did once and I can again. I'm not looking for anyone super experienced or with "flexible" prices listed in title when really they're not flexible. I'm looking for a newbie or new build team or someone who would just want to get their reputation up and do their 1st or 2nd build.
