Builder(s) for a long time term.

I am currently looking for a long term builder.​

Requirements:

Hes a good portfolio of atleast 5+ builds.
Won't take age's to build a simple build.
Must be experience in building.​

Hes fast response (to me) that wont take a long time to react to my message. ​
