Builders required

I am the manager of a in development minecraft network called TrojanCraft.
Currently running 4 servers bungee, hub, prison and factions.
We are looking for experienced builders to volunteer there time to our server, as builders will not be paid. (For now)
The roles we are looking for are:
Head builder: to manage builds and staff, managing the built team.
Building supervisor: looking over builds and recruiting staff.
General builders: experienced builders to help out development.

Not very often do builders build for free, but good luck!

We know this but we are just in development stages and when we start up builders would be paid, loyalty to the server would mean they would be respected and looked after a lot better.
