Hi, I am building a computer for my friend.
He does not want to do anything "too extensive with his computer"
These are the games he told me he wanted to play.
"Sims 4 (With lots of Mods), House Building, and Fortnite."
He says he may want to stream and record.
I have put together a list of parts for his budget of $800.
My build costs a little under $600.
Here are the parts!
Please leave your suggestions and help!

Why do you need 850W PSU...? If I am not mistaken power requirements for GTX 1060 is something like 350-400 so I would personally go with 450-500w good quality gold rated PSU

All the PSU's below are Non-Modular and I prefer a Sem-Modular one. Also a 550 Modular is $59.99 and the 850 modular is $60.00.
Thanks for the feedback though :D
