My Partner and I are getting back into the Minecraft world. We are looking to start building a team. Our Goal is to launch a server by December 17th, 2022. After that we plan to buy and flip servers going forward. This team will become a family and eventually all team members will be in a paid position and by that time we will no longer be looking for team members.
The member positions that we are looking for are as follows; Back End: developer, configuration staff, discord manager, marketing manager. Front End: Server Admins, Mods, and Builders.
Although some of these positions are unpaid all positions that are filled with quality persons will have the opportunity to be a part of MONTHLY Profit Sharing.
Some Positions will have the opportunity to instead of taking a salary, can negotiate equity in continued server networks.
