Building hub/spawns cheap!

hello Mc-Market pepole! I do hub/spawn builds for a cheap price!
I have good experience with building:medival,detailed and steampunk. (Please dont msg me for modern builds)
I have a yt link to a build i did today (not 100% finish)

Building more houses and fixing colour

i also have more big build (working on)
The prices are:
100x100 hub is 10$
150x150 hub is 15$
A build like u see on my youtube video is 20$
prices for spawn's:
50x50 spawn is 8$
100x100 spawn is 14$
Not doing more than 100x100 spawns!

Terms of Service:
You are not allowed to claim my build as your.
you need to pay 50% before i start (just to make sure you dont scam).
all the payments are done through paypal.
If you cancel my build i will keep 25% of the money.

id rather have a vouch from a +500 rep person who has been using this site for a long time than 2 people with +2rep which can be faked etc

oh, definitely, but I'd rather have a vouch from a legit builder or buyer than a random guy that's been shitposting in general discussions to farm reactions.
