BuiltByBit is censoring reviews

Hey,

It’s the first time that sort of thing happen to me here but I recently bought a plugin called “PandaCrates” and my experience with it was terrible. I had to wait 4 hours to get the license for the plugin to work, the developer was not kind, and there were errors in the plugin so I wasn’t able to use it at all.

So, for the first time, I decided to post a 1 star review on the product’s page. I detailed everything in my review, and I even explained that their license system (entirely shutting down your server if you don’t enter the license) was not suitable for any serious server and wasn’t even legal according to EU laws.

The developer then responded to my review, and lied about multiple things. He said I only waited 1 hour to get my license (which is false) and that the error comes from my server configuration (also not true as I didn’t modify anything).

But, today, I received a notification from BuiltByBit, that said that my review (which was very constructive) was removed. So what? Scams are now allowed here?

If you disagree with a decision, you are free to appeal it via a ticket.

entirely shutting down your server if you don’t enter the license

We only allow the disabling of the product itself - so shutting down the server would surpass this, given it's a plugin.
Best to report the resource and the author would be required to correct this.

Hello, im an Ex-staff at panda community and have seen the source of the plugin, the plugin only disables itself so something else was crashing your server, also idk if they still have it but when i worked there the bot had an automatic mcm licence generator and staff solved tickets very quick too so you may have opened a lower-priority ticket for it to take that long when there is literally a bot that does that on its own... also 4 hours to get a licence is still super fast, if you get mad at this now wait until you get other plugins wich take waaay longer.
