Technically they could do the work around that other sites like club penguin have used where you have to give your parents email so they can give "permission" for you to be on the site if you are under 13.

Noting though that I'm against that but it is an option.

Most of the shit done on this site is considered "illegal" or against one law or another. Let the kids have fun and return this place to what it used to be, an actual decent place to come and enjoy meeting people and having fun.

Now it is full of 13 year old kids who try to act like they are 20. At least when @Verringer was around, the people on the site were alright and the staff was the only crappy thing at times. Now it is both.

The lack of knowledge makes me cringe. Trump has no political background. He has never been a part of the legislative branch. The executive branch which he is running for does not make laws; therefore, they are not considered "lawmakers."

You can register for a student account, which requires both parental consent and the user to be 13 or older. The UI looks ancient, but it functions like any ordinary PayPal account.

No but it doesnt make it right that the poor kid suddenly got banned due to the fact that he just wasnt quite old enough; something that he couldnt change. The kid lost money to the site, I feel kinda bad for those who got banned I personally think they need to just lie about their age and come back who tfk cares, I know everyone set on this "Fuck the 13 yearolds" thing but if your sayin that your probbbably 13 yourself :/

Only some small parts are technically illegal.
And there's a big difference in accountability. With our terms, we can deny all accountability for what people do using the forums, though if someone goes too far, we will definitely take action (take avsterbone for one). We simply do not have accountability (aka no company or organisation or government can take legal action against the website for something a member does on it)

Thing is, collecting identifiable info from 12-y olds is something that we cannot simply deny accountability for, terms or no terms.
