It isn't worth $20 period, its literally pasting the server IP into the Bungee cord config.

Then why is he still looking for someone to do it.. If it was so easy, why hasn't it been completed. Nuff said

Not really if you also want to protect and enhance the proxy and the spigot servers, in other words "make it right".
The real price surely is not $20, but more like $5 and around 20-30m proper job (ofc depending on the client preferences).

Exactly, the $20 is a ballpark price, of course if the client does not have that kind of a budget for it, you can work your way down to a price that both parties are satisfied with.
