Buy spawn points for kit pvp

Looking for a plugin that will allow players to do /join bring up a GUI and then click what spawn point they wanna spawn at in the arena as long as they are able to purchase the spawn point. Purchase for spawn point should be purchasable one time and able to be used over and over.
But instead of Regular currency use some sort of special drop system (a different plugin we have on the server already) to give them "Gun powder"(Spawn Keys) to allow them to buy the spawn from the gui.
