Buying $1000 setup from company

As you've failed to acknowledge, there is no registered company doing Minecraft server setups. Also, if you ask for a refund from the person, you're basically getting a free setup. Change your offer and if they fail to get you a playerbase of 40 players, then they refund you and you delete the setup? I just find this extremely unfair.

Also, people don't want to take a loss. You should be the one taking a loss, you're the Owner, you're suppose to get it off the ground at the start.

No one will do it, I would just suggest you close this thread. Seems like you don't understand the basics, this your risk, not the builders risk. The builder gets paid, plus having another factions server isn't going to be unique. Unless you're fully custom, you ain't gonna get a base.

Investment on your fucking side! You're looking for someone to spend their time and effort to setup a server for you. If they can't do it, you get someone else. No one will do it, I would just suggest you close this thread. Seems like you don't understand the basics, this your risk, not the builders risk. The builder gets paid, they attempt to do their job, you're risking investing into this server. Simple.

If your not interested, then your free to not accept. This should be easy if your smart and an expert on how to build servers.

After you establish the 40pb I could end up making a mistake which could ruin my community. At that point it would be my fault.

It's a risk on his side, cause he wants to own a server where he makes his $1,000 back. That's his risk, if he can't earn more than he invested into the server, he wants it back from the builder.

At the setup there would be no risk for me. But at the same time it's worth it because I'm offering a big payout.

There's two gambles in this trade.

A.) You succeed and redeem my large payout.
B.) You fail, provide the funds back, write it off as a loss in taxes and move on as a whole.
