Buying 1v1 / 2v2 / Party / plugin.

Hello, I've been recently looking for a PvP plugin, that lets players 1v1 / 2v2 / do a party fight. Well, since I haven't found one on the internet, I thought I could come here and ask for some help. Now, the thing is, what I want is something like a compass clicking plugin, that opens up a GUI with the arens there. something like this:
So, you kow, I clicked on that paper, the menu popped up and then I get to choose what I wanna play.
My budget is ~10$ (which hopefully is enough).
And also, if there is a free plugin on the internet which is not much different than what I want, please let me know.

I assume you're looking for something like a practice core. For something like that to be exclusive and developed, it's going to cost quite a bit more than $10
