What's the difference between a domain and a "custom domain"?

I think he means something like a .com and not *.no-ip.org

I can sell you the domain "fuzepvp.com"
It was an HCF server which had a 300 playerbase at one point. You will still receive a lot of player logins compared to a new domain.
