but maybe try someone like Slice, BrunoMars, MrAniman2 and similar people. I think Mraniman isn't specifically open for commissions, but he may make an exception.
I could make something like that myself in my normal state, but I'm currently slightly burned out from an overdose of deadlines, so I'll keep it at this recommendation. if I get my skill and productivity back before you find someone to do it, I'll make a sample of something like that and send you a picture.
