Buying: YouTube Video Thumbnails

Rather than look through the hundreds of threads of people offering stuff, I figured I'd just post what I wanted:

Am looking for someone to do a YouTube Video Screen template for me. Basically, I want it setup with some text, background, my name and so on and a place for the name of the video. Would prefer it to be a Fireworks template, as that's what i usually work with, but will accept a PhotoShop template.

Would like 2-3 of them in different styles so that I have some variety. They need to be 1080p and good quality. I have my logo and stuff to go on them.
