When purchasing a product from Calvin Creative, your are agreeing to the following terms:

1. Payments will be paid in full.
2. Once paid, you may not cancel the order, and or request a refund, unless otherwise agreed on.
3. I have the right to refuse to whomever.
4. Charging back payments is strictly not allowed. Charge backs will result in disputing it to PayPal to my fullest extent.
5. All transaction you send are confirmed authorized by you, and any payments declared 'unauthorized' are false.
6. Any materials downloaded from any of my pages are to be credited to Calvin Creative, including any edits made by any party involved.
7. Redistribution of any materials created by Calvin Creative is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Calvin Creative at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format

Thank you for the clarification, but I don't believe you listed any of that in the original post. Also, there was a post in this thread stating that "Calvin Creative" is not a registered business name, but it was deleted. Could you please explain?

The name "Calvin Creative" is an online pseudonym I go by online. The copyright belongs to myself as an individual under that pseudonym. The message I sent to the user is

"The copyright in a work initially belongs to the author(s) who created that work." as I am the author of the thread. The work is copyright under my pseudonym Calvin Creative, which lasts 95 years from publication. https://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ01.pdf. "Copyright exists automatically in an original work of authorship once it is fixed in a tangible medium".

Still seems like a cop out answer if you ask me. SEO, Adwords, Social media etc. is different for EVERY client so saying posting evidence you can do those is just ridiculous seems to be a get out Claus. Based off of your hesitance to provide actual proof that you can do anything other than discord and forum posts I would not work with you and would suggest others don't for marketing... I work in marketing full time and can tell you're just out to make money without being able to do anything other than forum n discord.

I provided proof of my ability to succeed in marketing minecraft products immediately upon request, that is a out and out lie. I did ask for you to email me if you would like for more information. I would of happily explained all the various techniques such as advertising through Reddit and various minecraft related forums for the first server. How I advertised the second server through methodically placed YouTube prerolls, trailer uploads, episodes, server lists slots and strategic partnerships with similarly toned discord server. I would of explained how Avast advertises through targeted email campaigns to local businesses, through listings on multiple freelance service sites and by SEO optimization.
Instead you chose to ignore my request to reach out to me and continue to trash my thread. Seemingly in attempts to discredit myself despite you having no intent to actually order my services. This is potentially motivated by the fact that you yourself own a service team that in someway competes with my own Avast.
