Can you file a scam report for vouch copies?

I gave someone a free service in return for a vouch copy, I gave them the service and they are using it. But 2 weeks later and they have just ignored me and have not given the vouch copy. Can I file a scam report for this? And is it worth it?

If you do something for them to get something in return isn't that a trade? If you both agreed on that you would do something for them in exchange for a vouch copy and they didn't then it's probably a scam. For example.

I guess, if they didn't do what they said they would. But like if they where giving it away for free then I would just neg rep them but imo you could technically scam report

Just open a scam report see what happens it does not hurt to try.

No use in not trying, if you think they did something bad, and basically scammed you, report them. Nothing bad happens if the scam report gets denied, that's it.
