Do you have to provide the TID of both accounts you want the names switched?You can change names, you can change capes, it's your account(s) and you're supposed to do what you want, unless if you're not buying the game but they lend you a copy. There's simply dumb staff that don't know how to deal with this, I've gotten capes switched and names just keep trying.
