I don't know what are u doing with ur laptop, but assuming you wanna game? and maybe do some work, when you are not home?
Id suggest getting the cheapest laptop possible, and decent desktop. Doing that you will get the best peformance for money, most of the "gaming" laptops, are hella overpriced.

Ay, seen this thread and instantly thought of my laptop, the MSI GF63 8RD, which I'm actually looking at and typing this reply on. It's deffo worth it, it's a beauty and works without any flaws. Let me know if you have any questions and I can answer them for you.

I own this laptop. Same specs.
it's definitely a good laptop, however the other options i listed have a gtx 1680, a later gpu. Also the other options have better specs on the laptop than the msi gf63, except the processor which is an i5 9th gen. Which is why im deciding what games are supported on a gtx 1680 vs. a gtx 1080 ti.

Guys you wanna know what i got in mind? Theres a laptop abroad which ticks every single box, has the best specs i could ask for, and a a much lower price. its an asus tuf, and its a beast. But i cant buy from there because i can't travel at this time obviously because of corona, i was supposed to this month. So what im thinking is: ill buy a laptop with the good specs (i found one except it doesnt have a good processor and display), so after the corona thing ends, i sell the laptop and buy the asus tuf abroad? I'd appreciate some opinions on this

I don't think you should do that, just wait it out if you can. You don't know if you'll be able to sell that laptop for a good cash back

I would wait but im pretty desperate rn. Oh and ive found a better variant of the gf63:
MSI GF63 THIN 9SC INTEL CORE I5-9300H,GTX 1650 MAX Q DDR5 4GB, 8GB (2666MHZ) RAM, 512GB NVME PCIE SSD, 15.6" FHD, IPS, WIN-10 LAPTOP

it's originally $1069, but they have a cashback offer on this which brings it down to $969, That's an amazing deal what i think. You wanna know the only problem i have with the msi gf63? it's got a one-tone backlit keyboard. Just red. The asus one's have a full rgb. I know thayd not very important, but kinda makes this decision harder for me lmao. I need your review on the laptop and what you think of its battery lifetime during gaming, and the display and audio
