Can't download

So i'm fairly new to mcm and recently i've bought a premade setup from here. Payments were fast and easy but i can't seem to download the setup. What i mean was i'm able to download the setup but only halfway through, i had already checked a few similar cases mentioning that i should disable my antivirus/defender but still nothing. Am i missing a step?

Yeah just wanted to get a 2nd opinion from those who or IF encountered this from past experience.

Try using a different browser than the one you are currently on such as Microsoft Edge or Firefox to download it

Tried all browsers (Edge, firefox, reven IE) and nothing. I then tried with different devices just in case it was my laptop that had the issue and still nothing.
