Can't find/download the file. Help please

Hello so,
I bought from Zeiyon a Pre-Made Faction Setup for 11.98€.
Here is the thread: http://www.mc-market.org/resources/1809/
I bought it with PayPal, but can't see the file. Don't know if I need to download it somewhere or what do I do?

I locked the transition for now .
Could you please help me? For other users it works, for me not. It's the first time I buy a Resource from MCM.
