Community Manager RoleWe're searching for a native English-speaking Community Manager, preferably living on the East Coast of the USA. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and able to dedicate time to our server. While our team has developed a fully functional server, we're now seeking someone with strong networking and partnership management skills to bring in our first players.
As our Community Manager, you'll be:
- Building and nurturing our community through social media, forums, and Discord.
- Managing partnerships and collaborations to increase our player base.
- Organizing and promoting events, contests, and giveaways.
- Monitoring and maintaining a positive server environment.
- Last but not least: being independant. The server is fully ready and we are conviced that it has a potential for breaking records. You will be required to build a community from scratch, on your own. You'll be given trust to deliver on your own, without anyone looking over your shoulder.
