Cell Plugin REQUEST (PAID $50 MAX)

What I need
- Upgradable Cell System GUI (Size)
(The way you upgrade a cell size is with item currency NOT virtual currency) (cell size upgrades are done by 3x3's so 7x7, 9x9, 11x11) (I should be able to limit how far you can upgrade the vault's size)

• Corner1 and Corner2 Set cell size/schematic
• Basic Cells Commands (/cell Create and /cell create <name> and the option to disable/enable this)
• Very Optimized
• Everything should be editable in a config file (GUI, commands, etc)
• Obvious Commands (/cell home, /cell invite <player>, /cell kick <player>, /cell ban <player>)
• Messages for upgrading the vault
• Sounds for upgrading the vault

Misc

• This needs to be done within 6-15 Days
• I expect update messages (When you finish something even if its small)
• I will pay everything in full if you have vouches or someone well-known can vouch for you if not

I need the code to be optimized very well because I have feature plans!
