Unless you're going to get a powerful VPS or a dedicated server you're going to be limited by the CPU.

https://www.wholesaleinternet.net/ The cheapest i know. They do 16GB's for $25 a month. Specs aren't great and no DDoS protection. But with $25, you aren't going to get much better for a dedi.
