People resell dedicated servers all of the time. I don't know about pebblnhost specifically, but it is done a lot on here lol.

No, I mean the resale of dedicated servers that are already provided by other providers. Typically its people trying to get out of ovh contracts or resellers, but I see at least a couple of these types of deals being proposed (and some accepted) a year

As this is simply a service transfer this is allowed within our terms of service. Both the OP and purchaser would simply need to open tickets confirming the transfer to each others account.
