Cheap Reliable VPS

Alright companies come pouring in here, this is your time to shine, make yourself known to me.
I am looking to buy 1 of 2 VPS (LXC)

Option 1. This is the most strict I need. A 4 Core VPS, ram and storage size does not matter, preferably a somewhat up to date cpu, cheapest I have found was 4 core E5-26XX vX 8gb ram for $8, 8 fucking dollars, if you can match that hmu, only reason I havent bought from them is they dont accept paypal, only credit card or stripe. Max I would go for a 4 core is maybe $10? All I am hosting is a simple java program that the more cores there are, the faster it runs as it is CPU intensive AND ping intensive, the $8 vps had a ping of <1ms to discord which is what I need.

Option 2. A simple vps to run openvpn on with good ddos protection and low ping to discord, preferably close to <1ms, 1-2ms is fine honestly. If I'm going to be using this as a day to day vpn, please do not have in your ToS you are going to disable my account for things like torrenting or tor maybe. Cheapest I found was OVH for $3.35 but ping was around 20ms

what vps host have you found for 8gb for 8$, Please share.
Also, Maybe Clovux.net is decently cheap

You won't get a <1ms connection to discord anywhere - I'm currently using GCP in the same datacenter as discord and still get ~80ms.

There's a cloudflare delay, API latency delay, etc.

I know it isn't possible - I've used ec2 + nfo and they all have ~90ms.

I mean something is wrong on your end then, servers across the country have 1ms, i know someone with a swedish vps and it has 3.5ms, it isnt too hard to get a low ping vps, what I am looking for is if I can type "ping discord.gg" into my console and it returns with 1ms I am perfectly fine

pinging discord.gg is different because the actual API has latency, and is slower as it has to interact with discord's DB, etc.
I'd recommend a GCP US node.

Do you do custom deploys? I would only need like 4 cores and 2gb ram, also what is the ping to discord.gg on your US servers, also storange isnt a concern so minimum storage would be fine

I'd be able to allocate you a box. I currently have 2x Dell R610's available. Each with 2x Intel X5687's @ 3.66ghz & 128gb DDR3 RAM & SSD based storage.

Ping to discord.gg is 20ms.
