don't expect to get one for free
yeah, i usually get annoyed when people say Nobody will work as a dev or a manager for free, because sure a lot want pay, but some dont ya know. But a GFX artist is a whole different story lmaodon't expect to get one for free

This is the thing. Anyone that is a professional will not work for free its simple as. I would suggest even offering the slightest of pay to improve your chances. Working on such things takes time and without getting paid its basically a no-go. But GL.
Managers, Developers, etc. who do free work are normally not experienced or are trying to build experience. Anyone who has experience wouldn't be doing free work, especially not a Graphic Designer.
I do see some people who are new trying to gain experience by working for free
