Overview
Clanware is a rapidly growing Roblox Sword Clan community established in October centered around removing cheaters and degenerates from the clanning community. We're looking for managers who can help us to grow and improve the community. The Clanware team is currently a small group of community volunteers and we find that there is too much work for us at the moment. We have several ongoing projects at the moment, including, Clanware League - a competitive sword fighting league, monthly tierlists where we rate clans based on things like skill and activity, and, a community service project designed for cheaters to repent and help the community (by participating in development projects, etc.).
About Clanning
Clanning is an old community on Roblox, having first started around 2008. Clans (groups of players) will raid each other's forts and essentially sword fight, while trying to capture an objective (there are modes such as domination, hardpoint, capture the flag, and more). There is also gun clanning however our community is currently only centered around sword clanning.

Available Positions
Server Moderation Manager:
Oversight of Discord server moderation. Ensuring the rules are followed by server members and managing a team of moderators.
Clan Moderation Manager:
Oversight of affiliations program. Ensure affiliated clans continue to meet requirements for affiliation, as well as review affiliation requests, and manage a small team of clan moderators.
Community Service Manager:
Oversight of Community Service program. Review candidates for the program and determine their eligibility. Ensure they continue to meet requirements e.g. no cheating while on program, and liaise with Justice Department to ensure they are given appropriate rewards/punishments after their community service. You will also lead a small team of case managers who will handle individual cases.
Community Manager:
Oversight of the Community Department. Organise community events and handle the monthly tier lists, as well as ensuring activity in our news channels. Be able to delegate work and manage a team.

- You do not need to play Roblox or participate in clans
- These are volunteer positions. We understand that not everyone is able to donate their time, and would love to pay however we do not have sufficient funding at this time. Please do not apply if you are looking for a paid position
