With your attitude, I guarantee you that's false. Mineplex had a scandal of them possibly being homophobic (the banning of user G4Y) and it was a whole episode. Youtubers freaked, players quit, there were videos everywhere "clearing it up", and it still remains on the forums after all this time. So, you think blatant racism will be swept under the rug? If a huge server like that had to deal with an issue that implied they were guilty of predjuice, what do you think a new server is going to have to deal with, with an already present (real) situation of their owner not only being racist, but harassing a staff member.

To be frank, a racist (in my opinion) causes enough emotion distress to society that I couldn't give a damn about what issues your having.
