Clearing things up.

So recently I was accused of scamming by the MineJoy server team. As many of you know, I have never scammed and don't have any intentions to ever do so.

So let's get into what happened.
The deal:
There was a deal that me and M6Gaming would do a plugin for the MineJoy server. The plugin was fairly complex therefor they paid us a good amount. They paid upfront as they had 0 reputation and were new to MCM.

Everything kept changing as it went and after a few days me and M6 were being completely harassed. We both agreed that we would just continue to work on their plugin and not let it get to us.

A few days later is when everything went down. I hopped into a chat with Chad (Co-Owner) and Req (Co-Owner) and we were informed that Vilim (Another person on the MineJoy team) had been telling Req a bunch of lies. We then called Vilim out for this and he refused to answer our questions.

Req continued to call me and M6 retards and other rude names and at this point me and M6 were just about done. We let that slide and then Chad decided to rant about how I will never make it in life because I am, and I quote, "a nigger and to black to ever make it in life"

There was a lot more racist, rude and absurd remarks made by the MineJoy server team but I don't have time to list everything.




NOTE: This plugin is almost finished but after everything said by them we refused to finish the plugin and we are keeping the money because we did the work and they still continued to call M6 "retarded" and "stupid as fuck" and they threatened to DDOS him multiple times and because they called me a "dumb nigger" and made TONS more racist remarks towards black people.

EDIT: M6 and I have both said we do not feel comfortable working for them and after everything they said we refuse to make the plugin for them.

They have already claimed that they have our personal info and IP's and have/are going to release that information.

All other messages are made by Chad, who was mad at you when you answered "Nah, no" on my request to return all money and delete all files and started to abuse people.

Note that I did not abuse you at all.

You are a scammer and you know it. You can't just "clean it up". We have all logs of chat and proofs that you cooperated with Mick, deleting my reports.

You can't just go away with it, it will not work. MC Market will not "save" you from the punishment. You are defrauding people, and that is the fact.

No Fake Skypes are made, the guy with 600+ rep from mc market checked the conversation and he will confirm that it is legit shortly.

I don't have any intentions to frame anyone, I will be honest the MineJoy server has lots of unique ideas and I would have loved to work with them if it weren't for the racist remarks and other absurd comments.

How much is the plugin worth?

Plugin worth was $300, he demanded 100% prepayment, cause we're "nobodies", which was already abusive in the way that they wrote it.

He was the only person who asked 100% upfront.

Let them win? Not happening, we already made most of the plugin and until they harassed us everything was fine.

Is the plugin so far done that it is usable? If not, I hope you can finish it and find a buyer on here so that you can still get at least SOME money for your work.
I'm familiar with the sort of shit that can go down with servers. I was present during the clash between Hyperion and Multicube which ended in the team being kicked off the server and the server dying not much later.
Mcter, "we will go to court and solve it" is the biggest pile of bullshit ever. First of all very few courts will take anything minecraft-related seriously unless it is an issue with Mojang itself or a official contract was signed. Since you have no conclusive proof of any sort that there is a "scamming scheme" going on here, you'll be all but laughed away, if you're not reprimanded for wasting the court's time.
Not to mention hiring a lawyer for any case will quickly cost a LOT more than anything you've been 'scammed' for, which you still haven't shown conclusive proof of. You've charged back the money, so it is now in your possession. Wiz has made it clear he intended to continue working on the plugin almost up to the point that you started ranting on here.

Final thing. So far, Wiz has remained significantly more proffesional than you. He has given proof in an organized manner without feeling the need to add insults and rants at every corner. he has answered most things rationally where it actually mattered.

The insults uttered by this "chad griffith" are a lot more serious than anything you showed wiz saying.

you have the money back despite him having nearly completed the plugin for you. So where's this "ran with the money?"

Wiz, if you could provide us with a screenshot of the notification that the money was charged back, that would shut him down.

If either side could provide large screenshots of the entire conversation from the moment the first accusation was made, that would be great. It would make it a lot easier to show who started what, and verify most statements both sides have made.
