Nothing else is going to get him banned, you know. he hasn't violated any rules on here, and how he treated you and your partners in a skype chat is not something bannable on here. Not to mention it was equal returns by the most part. If you want to ruin his reputation on here, show us a COMPLETE UNEDITED CHAT from the moment the first insult was thrown.

Is the plugin so far done that it is usable? If not, I hope you can finish it and find a buyer on here so that you can still get at least SOME money for your work.
I'm familiar with the sort of shit that can go down with servers. I was present during the clash between Hyperion and Multicube which ended in the team being kicked off the server and the server dying not much later.
Mcter, "we will go to court and solve it" is the biggest pile of bullshit ever. First of all very few courts will take anything minecraft-related seriously unless it is an issue with Mojang itself or a official contract was signed. Since you have no conclusive proof of any sort that there is a "scamming scheme" going on here, you'll be all but laughed away, if you're not reprimanded for wasting the court's time.
Not to mention hiring a lawyer for any case will quickly cost a LOT more than anything you've been 'scammed' for, which you still haven't shown conclusive proof of. You've charged back the money, so it is now in your possession. Wiz has made it clear he intended to continue working on the plugin almost up to the point that you started ranting on here.

Final thing. So far, Wiz has remained significantly more proffesional than you. He has given proof in an organized manner without feeling the need to add insults and rants at every corner. he has answered most things rationally where it actually mattered.

The insults uttered by this "chad griffith" are a lot more serious than anything you showed wiz saying.

Wiz, if you could provide us with a screenshot of the notification that the money was charged back, that would shut him down.

If either side could provide large screenshots of the entire conversation from the moment the first accusation was made, that would be great. It would make it a lot easier to show who started what, and verify most statements both sides have made.

While we were working, we noticed that Vilim was apparently telling Req that he shouldn't trust us. As we were "scammers". Next thing we know, we're being insulted midway through our project from the screenshots Wiz1 had provided us. After all this drama, Wiz and I decided that we would leave them be and leave this project and move on with life.
Then this happens -

Shown above, shows everything. I'm willing to copy and paste the WHOLE conversation to chatformat, but let me remind you it is awfully long and very very disturbing of the remarks and racism comments. Willing to do so to a staff member for sure if needed.

We will not be working with these two buffoons ever again, after the remarks and lies Vilim has created just to get us fired. A chargeback has been sent, our work has been done. My head-developer has agreed to stop all work on this plugin. Thank you for wasting our times, and thank you so much for all these threats against us as this has all been released now.
